INTRODUCTION
Adecua, thru the Division of Environmental Hygiene, offers its clients the most qualified group of professionals for the prevention and control
of the legionelosis..
We have technical teams across Spain and Portugal that allows Adecua to give full coverage to different clients.

Protocols of action are established for the prevention of the Legionelosis together with the technical equipments of
our clients for a better assistance and competitiveness.
Legionellas are a family of bacteria that live in humid environments and are transmitted by the air. They are present, in small concentrations,
in natural environments such as rivers, lakes, reservoirs, forming a part of the flora and proliferate in temperatures that range between 20 º C
and 45 º C. They are destroyed by raising the temperature above 70 º C. Their ideal temperature of growth they is 35-37 º C and are capable of
tolerating a wide range of pH (from 2 to 9,5).
